ARC millwrights are currently erecting two bucket elevators in Alberta for full fit-up and testing before final delivery.
This approach allows our team to verify alignment, fit, functionality, and assembly procedures before the equipment enters service. Once testing is successfully completed, both bucket elevators will be carefully disassembled, packaged for transport, and shipped to Illinois for the final installation and commissioning.
Projects like this showcase the value of detailed planning, precision execution, and experienced union tradespeople. Getting it right in the shop means a safer, faster, and more efficient installation in the field.
